Billing, renewal & cancellation
Renewal. Card payments renew automatically at the same price at the end of each billing period (monthly or every 12 months) until you cancel.
Cancellation. Cancel auto-renewal anytime from Membership. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No partial refunds for unused time.
Payment method. Membership is billed by card with auto-renewal through Paystack. Bank transfer and USSD aren't available because they can't be charged automatically.
Security. Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
