1. Eligibility
You must be at least 40 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth.
2. Membership
Discovery, interests and messaging require a paid membership. Two plans are offered: Monthly at ₦7500 billed every month, and Yearly at ₦60,000 billed every 12 months. Both include the same features. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
3. Recurring payments
If you pay by card with auto-renewal, you authorise our payment processor, Paystack, to charge the same amount at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Membership is billed by card only; bank transfer and USSD payments aren't available.
If a renewal fails, Paystack may retry. Your access continues until your paid-through date; after that it ends until payment succeeds.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Membership page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Conduct
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the platform.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, without refund for remaining time where the breach involves fraud, harassment or abuse. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
